I had a store item that posted thru Vendio which closed last night. It is no where to be found either on auctions or post sale. Item #8784079644 WHAT HAPPENED?
I was able to manually 'track' the item into your account using the item number, so it does appear in post sale and available for checkout at this time.
The logs show this was an eBay storefront listing where the original (parent) item had been deleted, so when this one closed it went missing.
This is close to what susanc was reporting earlier in this forum and I have passed these details along to be checked into further. While these do come up every so often when eBay has API issues (you would usually see an item in pending saying it failed and to check eBay to see if launched) we want to be sure there isnt anything on our side that could be causing this as well.
