I had 3 ebay auctions/ebay store items 'error out' this past week, however they were/are actually listed on ebay. I imorted them, however....how do I add the post sale tools to these auctions? These 3 imports show 'N/A' under the 'hits' counter, so they are easy to pick out, but my concern is them not having post sale tools.
If these items are still active, click to view your 'all active' link from the Sales Manager page and then use the 'set wbn' button at the top of the page.
From here you can then select these items and use the 'edit WBN' to verify the shipping amounts and payment options are all in place so the buyer can checkout once closed.

Thanks Christopher!
Now, I did as you said and after editing the WBN I turned the 'auto WBN' on...and they show now as 'on'. Just one question: all 3 still show as having the 'hits' count as 'N/A' and to the right, there is still only the option of 'reset' (for the counter) but they don't show the option 'copy'. I don't plan on copying these auctions and viewing my 'hit' count from there doesn't matter, but I guess I am just looking for reassurance they indeed are now able to work into the post sale tools if sold- being that they still look different from the others due to the above mentioned differences from the rest of my auctions. I did double-check and indeed it says the 'auto WBN' does say it is set 'on', so I should now be fine, right?
Thats it, as long as you have shipping options to choose from and the WBN is turned on your buyers should be able to checkout the same as if they were there all along.
