This is really a bore!
I check. and Nothing happens.
Get a 'notice has been sent' but the number remains blank.
So when I want to look at a customers checklist...I have to open the page again and again!
What's up with this?
There has to be a better method..or maybe I should start looking for a better management site.
If you could outline where your going in post sale and which step your clicking on to where you run into this error we would be happy to check into this for you.
Just to confirm, your clicking to send the WBN or something to that effect, it says it went through but you dont see the step being checked off?
If so, try simply clearing your browser cache/temp files. Perhaps your just viewing an older version of the webpage.
(you may also want to try a different browser, as the IE for Mac OS is very outdated now.)
Let us know the results of your efforts.
