Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me how to import only certain closed auctions, but not all? When I look at Vendio's Import, it looks like it will import everything active & closed on Ebay which will put me WAY over my image space allowed since it imports all the photos. I only want to import a few auctions which I originally launched from elsewhere. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Under the Import listing's tab there is a "Track" icon. Click the Track link and it will open a window where you can "Import" a specefic listing by inputing the listing number. This also works great for when you try to import your listing's and it fails. I have found that the track function works better than the general import function.

Hello,

First click the import/track link along the left side of the Sales Manager window.

From here you can then use the 'track' menu to simply enter the item number/s and select the venue to import only specific items.

Thanks for all the advice. It worked out perfectly. Now I need to relist it. Is there any way to import a closed Ebay auction into Vendio, which is still available as a relist on Ebay, and relist it through Vendio? I launched the original auction from Auctiva but I'd like to relist it with Vendio. I definitely need the relist so I can get my fees back if it sells. I would do it through Ebay but I need to make several changes to it first and I don't want to pay to schedule it for a launch! Any suggestions?

Hello,

Unfortunately the imported item would be unavailable for relist at eBay where you could still get your relist credit.

Items that you list and then relist from here won't be a problem, but to get that imported item submitted as a true relist you would need to do it via eBay.

Christopher
