I have relisted items to my ebay store through ebay that were originally listed through Vendio. The image in the listing is in "My Images". I want to use Vendio post-sale when these items sell so I imported all to Vendio. As a result I imported the same images which have been renamed. I never do anything with my listings once they are in my ebay store (ie - I won't be using Vendio to list or relist them again). Will I be safe in deleting all of the imported images since the original ones are in Vendio?

Yes, that will be fine. The original filenames are still attached to the listings, so unless you were going to relist those imported items Via Vendio you could go ahead and delete the duplicate imported images.
