None of my auctions are eligible for eBay Express because they do not register item condition as NEW. I have changed item condition to new when it become available on Vendio but somehow eBay doesn’t see it.
It was confirmed by my eBay account manager who spent several hours figuring out why I'm not eligible for eBay Express.
At this time, we do not fully support eBay Item Specifics for eBay Motors, except for some of the Vehicles fields.
You list in Parts & Accessories and unfortunately Item Specifics are not supported for them currently (in Vendio), thus Item Condition is not sent to eBay and the items will not qualify for eBay Express.
We will evaluate sending Condition info to eBay Motors, but I have no ETA at this time.
Regards,
Christopher

Hi,
I post exclusively on eBay motors and it looks like I'm completely excluded from eBay Express. Needles to say, I do not like it.
Since I cannot possibly revise all my auctions by hand I'm locked out this very valuable avenue. I do not like it at all.
I'm not a programmer but how hard is to write a software to keep up with eBay changes. I pay Vendio over $150/month to post on eBay and I cannot take advantage of eBay features. All other major competitors fully support eBay Express, second chance and best offer so it cannot be that difficult.
Why should I stay with Vendio if I cannot fully use eBay?

Just an idea jackmikol - I am not sure about ebay motors but on the regular site if you have an ebay store, then Sales Manager (free with your subscription or Sales Manger Pro if a featured store) can be used to bulk edit "condition" on active listings. I couldn't test it out because my items don't need "item condition" to qualify for ebay express and so I am unable to add to my listings. If you pull up "active listings" and the "edit" button, item condition should be one of the the items that can be revised. Maybe others have used it?

You click on the listings you want to edit and then click edit. A page will come up with all of the listings and up at the top there is a link for bulk edit. Click on that and then go to item condition or specifics what ever shows up. Click on that and fix the condition or specific that all of the items will be. Hit save and you will go back. Click save again and you are done.

Bill.
If you are referring to Vendio editing feature it will not work as Vendio doesn’t transmit "New item" info to eBay Motors.
If you are referring to eBay's edit capability, I have tried it after kind remarks of neglus (hi, we met during discussion about DEALIO fiasco) but I cannot edit more than 15-20 auctions at the same time. When I select 50-100 items to be edited I have timeouts, errors, "page not responding" etc.
I have 300+ listings and I average 2000+ listings a month. Most of my auctions end with "buy it now" at random times so I would spend all my time tracking revised and not-revised auctions.

After several attempts I managed to edit some of the listings directly from eBay. Unfortunately I cannot bulk edit all my listings as they have to have the same condition.
From eBay:
Bulk Items: Editing Conditions
If you are editing the condition for bulk listings, make sure you’ve chosen the same condition for each item before sending. For example, you will not be able to edit if some items are “new” and “refurbished” while others are simply “new”. You are more likely to have the same condition options if the bulk items are in the same or similar categories.
To make long story short I would have to keep track of all my auctions by hand, carefully choose listings and edit them one by one from eBay.
Why should I stay with Vendio if I have to manage my auctions by hand?

When I told my eBay account manager that Vendio doesn't support "item condition" and eBay Express, he was shocked.
Here is a part of his email to me:
"Did they give you any time frame when they will offer item condition? I will be honest this is a big time eBay roll out and I would expect Vendio of all integrators to be on top of this."
Any idea when Vendio is going to support it in eBay Motors?
