Can you tell us how your best offers system works ?
We had two offers and ended up having to accept,decline on eBay instead.
There is only one thing to click on and that is the thumb pointing downwards which turns red or not but responses can then not be sent.The thumb pointing upwards is not clickable.

Another question. I will be using this on a per item basis when usold auction items move to the store. If, when I revise the sell item page, I check "Automatically accept Best Offers greater than", does that mean that any offer "LOWER than" will automatically be declined? Or will I still be able to decide about any offer that is lower on a per offer basis?
city - there was an error with this when first pushed live that has since been corrected. If you run into another please let us know.
Susan - you will still be able to accept these manually. As long as you don't setup a rule to 'automatically decline' you can always review and accept/decline other offers manually.
