Ok.....enough is enough.....for the last 2 weeks every international customer of mine that has purchased rubber stamps from me cannot continue through to pay with paypal. They get a message that says there is a temporary problem and to please try later. They are trying days later and still can't complete the transaction. They can fill out the checkout but can't pay. I checked to see if I had any international blocks at PayPal and I don't. I haven't had this problem until about the last two weeks. I have had to give them the total and have them go to Paypal directly to pay. The latest item numbers are:
I tried to search the PayPal help pages for information about this error message but even that is offline right now.
"Help Center Search is currently unavailable."
Are you running into this for single item international transactions as well or only your combined orders going internationally?

It seems to be only international orders that are for rubber stamp purchases. I have had international customers pay for auction items without problem. But to answer your question, I think they have all been multiple item purchases - no singles. But then maybe the only combined and international orders have been for stamps.
