Item 6262312103 shows paid 3/19 on ebay
Auction ended on 3/19..no payment received through PayPal which would be the only possible way to receive payment on 3/19.
Vendio post-auction WBN sent. Buyer responded indicating payment would be made by another method other than PayPal. Vendio indicates payment has not been received...which is true.
Would appreciate some insight as to how this happened??????

Its ebay. This has happened to me off and on for months. Just go in and mark it unpaid. There is a link on the auction page: payment details, you can do it there. Or in My Ebay.

Beth...thanks so much for your response. I have changed the item on ebay. That is not a good thing to happen...would think ebay could resolve the problem! Buyer was insisting item had been paid for even though they indicated payment other than PayPal and payment had not been received through PayPal.
Yeah, we've been trying to work with ebay to resolve this issue for sometime. We are looking at some workarounds to test in the meantime. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, been happening to me for months. It seems that when the customer goes in to Vendio Checkout and leaves a message or fills out their address, then VENDIO automatically marks it paid in eBay! So when ever your little box marked #"2" is green and the #"3" box is blank, you should double check it. Quite a pain. Will be glad when Vendio gets around to fixing it. WCP

Thanks for info on checking #2 and #3 boxes to find items where problem exists so item can be corrected before buyer discovers error. Do hope it is resolved as it does cause confusion.
