Well, I'm hoping that there is someone out there who is experiencing the same thing I am. I emailed Vendio thru their customer service form 5 Days ago, and got no response, so I guess I will put this out here.<p>
I am currently subscribed to Vendio's Annual Listing Plan, which charges me the yearly fee upfront and then 6 cents per listing after that, no Final Value Fee. I have been subscribed to this for the past 4 years. In the past, Image Hosting with this plan was FREE. Now, apparently Vendio is attempting to force me to sign up for an additional Image Hosting Plan at an additional fee, even though I have now paid for another year of my Annual Listing Plan at the beginning of April. However, I even went back and looked at Vendio's description for the Annual Listing Plan fee structure, and it states specifically that anyone who subscribes to this plan is supposed to get a "Generous" amount of FREE Image Hosting. <p>
What is going on here? What am I missing? I have about 200 images stored on my account from previous uploads, and those images are still being used in my current auctions. However, I can't even access those because Vendio's screen keeps telling me I have to sign up for an Image Hosting Plan before I can even view them. <p>
Any help from anyone (yes, even you Vendio) would be greatly appreciated. And on another rant, who do you have to be to get any kind of response from Vendio's customer service? I'm an original member of Vendio, even before they started charging for their services, and I've been a paying member ever since. And you still can't take the time to respond to a simple email from me? Frankly, ridiculous.

Hello Sam,
I'm sorry you have not received a response, but If you've not received an email from Vendio in 5 days, then it's due to us not receiving it. As I'm sure that anybody on these boards who've emailed us in the past few months can attest to, There is almost always less than a 24hr delay in replies to all emails.
In regards to your plan, our billing folks sent you a notification on 4/7/2005 notifying you that at the end of your annual subscription you would have to select an image hosting plan. Since this is not a billing forum, I'm not a billing representative, and we do not address billing issues here-I'm going to take this issue off the boards and have our billing folks contact you first thing Monday.

I appreciate your response, but you're the only person from Vendio that has responded to me thus far. I sent yet another email Saturday morning, and here we are 60 hours later, and again I've heard nothing.
How can I be forced to purchase an Image Hosting Plan, when Vendio specifically states that the Annual Listing Plan "comes with a GENEROUS AMOUNT OF FREE IMAGE HOSTING." Something stinks here, and I'll be back here until someone responds to my emails. You can't advertise one thing, and charge me another. If it takes a charge-back on my credit card to get someone's attention, I will do it. This is beyond ridiculous, and I've been more than patient.
