WHAT IS GOING ON? First it's 2nd Chance Offers you guys can't get right NOW I get an invoice request from a winning bidder on a NORMAL, REGULAR, TRADITIONAL auction (7753598930)that closed back on 3/28!!!!!!!!!! It never got into my Closed OR PSM, had 13 bids on it that I could have done 2nd Chance offers on that I now missed out on and a confused and annoyed customer who had to send me an Invoice request through eBay since she never got one from me!! I have no idea why it took her so long to ask for an Invoice, maybe she's a heavy bidder, but it is besides the point. I did a search in my PSM for the item number today when I read her email and the item was not there. I had to do a Track" item to get it into my Closed and PSM!!! Not only THAT but there is no email address attached to the item, either on the list of PSM r theindividual item screen in PSM! So how can I send her a WBN STILL!! I had to send her one thru eBay and then enter her ship address myself from her request. I repeat: THIS WAS NOT A Second Chance Offer either!!!
YOU BETTER HAVE A GOOD EXCUSE FOR THIS ONE VENDIO! How many other closed auctions with unhappy, ignored bidders, regular or otherwise are floating out there in cyberspace without us knowing about them?

This listing does appear to be a relist of an auction that was listed through Vendio. However, it appears that this listing was relisted through a different service.
I hope this clears things up. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

You are completely wrong!!! I have never listed through anyone other than Vendio!! I don't even list directly at eBay!! Please respond! I demand this get looked into thoroughly and explained as I am losing customers and money and I pay you for this service. I also want to know how to get a refund for your listing fee and your final value charges on this auction!!!

Hello Biffette,
Occasionally, when there are API issues at eBay causing delays in processing items (either in closing or listing) we may not receive the proper notification from eBay that the item has launched, as has happened in this case. (Verification of launch not received) – or an ‘ambiguous launch’ as eBay sometimes calls them.
Unfortunately for these items when the verification of launch isn’t received, it cannot be automatically tracked into the Sales Manager system and must be tracked manually as you have already done.
As for refunds, since the launch verification was never received, it was never recorded in Vendio – so there was no listing fee nor was there any final value fee for this particular item.
I hope this helps clear up the issue. Let us know if you have any further questions.
