I'm sorry but I am NOT good with tech stuff. I got an eBay auction started, got my Vendio pics added to it, but I'd really like to now add a picture to the eBay Search page - what they call a Gallery picture.
The eBay Gallery is an option that is available on the create listing form in Sales Manager. As you create your listing, please take these steps:
* In the Images section, select the image you want to appear in the Gallery (you will see a preview to the right of the images list.) Click the eBay Gallery button under the images list. You will see the Gallery image displayed in the window to the right - this indicates that the image was properly selected.
* As you continue down the listing form, you will see the Gallery option under Features (a small thumbnail of your Gallery image will appear here.) Be sure to click the radio button next to the Gallery option, or the option will not be enabled, despite the fact that an image was chosen!
Note that this option is $0.25 and that this charge will appear on your eBay statement. You will see a summary of all eBay charges at the top of the page if you do an eBay Preview (button at the bottom of the listing form.)
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Thank you for your reply...
Just need a little clarification...if I only have the basic image hosting and not sales manager package am I unable to put a Gallery picture on their search page?

You can do this, however, if you do not have a Sales Manager service through Vendio you would need to obtain the image url and then add the Gallery image directly through eBay.
To obtain the code which contains your image URL(s), follow these steps:
1. Click the Image Hosting button.
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to select.
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "Attach" button.
4. Choose "Other Auction Site (generate HTML)", select New Auction, and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the description box of the auction listing form.
If you wish to use only the image URL, it/they will be embedded in the HTML code generated by our system. If you do not have the "click to enlarge" feature enabled, the image url will look like this:
If you have the "click to enlarge" feature enabled, you will need to alter the ".mids" URL to create the correct image URL. To do this, just remove the /.mids portion of the URL. Here is an example:
The "after" URL can be used in any auction and can be altered to point to any image in your list simply by changing the image filename portion - just be sure that the filename *exactly* matches the filename on our site (case-sensitive.)
