Hello. I am just getting used to SMIE (I love it). When I try to save an item I get an error message that I must enter a valid insurance amount for fixed ebay shipping. My insurance is set on calculated with carrier rate defaults, and it is a regular auction with a BIN option but not a fixed price auction. The inventory item was created online, not through SMPro. I won't know the sales price total for insurance calculation til after the auction. How do I handle this?
Although the Vendio item preview works well, the "Preview as an ebay item" function doesn't work--the screen change is slow and then I receive an error screen saying that the website page requested is not available from the site. Is this a Vendio site problem or software problem?

This is the error you will get when you use calculated insurance together with fixed shipping costs - when you enable the eBay checkout (shipping and payment details.)
eBay wants a fixed insurance rate when you list fixed shipping costs unfortunately. You will need to either switch the eBay shipping and payment details to say your doing calculated shipping also, or switch to a fixed insurance cost based on the value of the item (vs what it happens to sell for.)
