Preface: I don't have a huge number of auctions listed on a weekly or semi-weekly basis - normally between 9-12.

When I've created an auction to save, I don't set a date/time to launch until I have all the auctions prepared. That way, if I later realize I need to add/delete something on a particular auction, I don't have to UN-launch it first - a real time-saver on my forced dial-up.

Another reason I don't set the date/time is because I prefer to have them launch in the order I choose, and not in the order it was worked up, and how it ends up on the Control Panel. Normally I do all re-list or similar items first, then I create the New ones. However, that's not the way I want them to launch.

Now on to my wish item. Would it be possible to enable a date/time set control directly on the Control Panel, and attach it to each pending listing?

As it is now, I have to click back into each of the pending listings, wait for them to come up - only to set the lauch time, then back to the Control Panel to do the next one, then the next one, then the next one....

Sure would save me a huge amount of time. Not all of us have the option of DSL because of where we live, and as time goes by, I (and others like me I'm sure) feel like second-class citizens. This would be a tremendous time-saver.

Thanks for listening, and hope you will consider.

There already is a capability like you requested. Put a check beside the items you want to schedule in "pending" and click on "resubmit" (this is a misnomer because it sounds like it is a relist but can be used for new listings - it is really a "bulk scheduler"- you will then get the ability to schedule the items in bulk. You can also request that they launch every 2 mins etc...you can also edit the times scheduled on this page...when you have everything scheduled you just click on launch and the items are scheduled (NOTE: Make sure each item has a time in the future beside it or they will launch now).

WOW - Thanks!

You're right though, 'Resubmit' is a poor choice of words, to say the least. 'Schedule', if that's all it does, sounds like it would do the trick for the poor future schmucks like me that are only discovering this for the first time.

Thanks for saving me time. Can't wait to try it out later this week.
