My (other) account is blocked. I am unable to enter the current credit card info. Each time I try it says it is denied. However, I've checked and rechecked the info I'm entering and it is all correct. There are sufficient funds for the payment. Viewing the credit card account online shows no attempts at charging it.

I have sent an email with the credit card info. Please help - I have a lot of listings to upload!

Hello,

Please check the following and let us know if you are still unable to update your credit card information.

1. Be sure you are entering a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit card. Those are the only credit cards we accept at this time.

2. If you are using a bank debit card, be sure that your debit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it.

3. Please use English characters only. Our system will not recognize non-English characters.

4. Make sure you are entering the correct billing address for your credit card.

5. Make sure you have entered your email address correctly (located at the bottom of the form.)

6. Close your browser completely (all open windows) and re-login. If this doesn't help, try clearing the cache and cookies from your system, close the browser, then reopen it.

If you are still unable to enter your credit card after checking the above, please let us know. Also, if you are not a US resident, please forward us your address (via email) exactly as you are entering it on our site.

I did all that and it still didn't work.

As a temporary fix I updated the cc info with a mastercard gift card. Is there any way to speed up the processing of the payment? I urgently need to get things listed and your lag time is awful.

Once that is done, I will try again with my regular card.
