Hi,
My preferences are set to have feedback left upon receipt of same. Since May 1 I have received positive feedback in 37 instances...however none of these have been automatically responded to.

Do you have any examples of this issue that we can use to test with?
I checked your account, but I came across more than 37 items that have had automatic feedback left since 5/01. I went back as far as March and all of those appear to have been sent automatically as well.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for the prompt response. After checking further I see that the Vendio feature is working just fine. The problem is Ebay hasn't updated my "Feedback Left For Others" tab since May 1 leaving me to believe your feedback feature was not working. When I check each of my customer's feedback page I can see that feedback was posted by Vendio.
