I just received this email from a customer. I had manually combined two items and sent her a winning bidder email......
Hi - I saw your email to me about payment. I tried to email back to tell you that Yahoo sent me a note that your site had a virus attached. I tried to reply to you from there to tell you so, but when I went to REPLY your site froze my computer and I had to shut down by holding the button that turns it on long enough for it to shut down. So - my point is - I can't go on that site to pay you. Please send me a Paypal invoice and I will pay that way or if you tell me the exact amount - I have your email address and can go to Paypal and send payment that way. Thanks and have a great day.

Hello there,
I can assure you that there was no virus attached to the email. It is more likely an issue with the buyer's computer system. These types of issues will occur on occasion and unfortunately there is not much we can do. This should not happen regularly though, so if you notice you get this type of complaint often please let us know.
