I don't know if Vendio will do this but I definitely need HELP!!
Evidently there was some kind of change in the SYI form a couple of years ago in the shipping area that rendered items listed with pervious versions vulnerable to corruption.
I revised most of my store items this past weekend through the ebay bulk reviser to change expanded store categories. Many of the changes to some of my older items (some as old as 2003) could not be processed due to "technical errors". As it turns out, I am almost relieved to have this happen because many of the older items that were revised had the shipping information morphed from "worldwide" to "local pickup only". I have no idea how many of my 7000 were affected. I do know that it was the category revision that made the change because of the revision history as shown by this screen shot:
The earlier revisions were made using the Vendio bulk reviser.
My question is this: Would it be possible for me to pay to have a custom revision made to my store items (probably would have to do all 7000 since I don't know which ones were changed) to reflect the correct shipping criteria? Please let me know either on this forum or by email.

Hello neglus,
It may be possible that we could do this, but have you checked with eBay to see if they can help? There may be some issues revising items that were intitally launched on an older API version so eBay may be better equipped to help you resolve this problem. Please let us know if they are unable to assist and we'll log a request with our engineers to see if it can be done.

Thanks Diana - I am waiting to hear from ebay about this (guess they all must be at LIVE) - I will let you know (not holding my breath for ebay help though)
