In my pendings you can see an auction with an error. It claims something about not having the tax percentage filled out, which I do.
Also, I had a terrible time trying to get it to accept "PICK UP ONLY" and was forced to put in an amount for shipping and select a carrier.
I would like to be able to launch it as PICK UP ONLY, please check the tax problem too.
When specifying local pickup only, you have to uncheck everything pertaining to shipping (including checkout/WBN) since you are not going to ship the item. I'm assuming the listing you were having trouble with was the Victorian baby carriage, and I have fixed that listing so you should be able to launch it now. I basically unchecked the shipping options, unchecked the Vendio checkout and WBN, and set the eBay checkout preference to "I am not specifying shipping and payment details".
