I have a question regarding retrieval of my images. Due to a computer crash and the loss of my back up files my images are no longer available on my computer.
I am building a new website and of course need my images, without them I can do nothing. They have been stored on Vendio and I have been a member for many years.
Question, is there any way I can have these downloaded to my computer so I can back them up again and use them. I am hoping to get back up with the auctions again after my website is complete.
The easiest way to download your images is to install Sales Manager Pro and synch them down to your hard drive. After you do this, you can copy them from the Vendio directory. I would recommend installing an older version of SM Pro if you don't already have it on your computer, since the newer version has its own internal file naming (so the image files won't be named as they are online. ) You can use this link:

It would be helpful to know the exact error message, but I'm guessing it's probably related to a firewall. If you have any security or firewall programs running, you'll need to set it to accept traffic from our website. The help files in your security software will tell you how to do this.
Let us know if you continue to have trouble after adjusting your settings.

The older version of Sales Manager Pro did not download the images so I uninstalled it and downloaded the newer version.
The software appears to be handling the sync online but no photos download.
I allowed Sales Manager Pro as an exception in the Firewall program. but still no photos download.
You will need to use the older version of the program for this process, as the newer version will not download your images with the same filenames they have now so you will have no reference to what is what.
Uninstall the copy you have now in the Windows Control Panel. When finished, browse to your program files folder on the C drive and delete the remaining Vendio folder.
When finished, restart the computer and come back to Vendio to re-download the old version that Diana posted the link to above.
Be sure to download to disk and NOT to run it from its current location.
If you have trouble downloading it, switch the location your saving it. If your saving to desktop, save to your Documents folder instead (or vise versa.)

Hi Christopher,
I uninstalled the newer version and then downloaded the older version, did the sync and tested..... no images.
I moved the program and tested again and still no images.
Any idea why the images are not moving? It has been over a year since I was actively running auctions, could there have been some changes in my image storage on your site that is causing the problem?
Sorry for the confusion, there did appear to be a patch that went out and updated the 6.1 version you have now.
Click here to download/install this slightly older version than the one posted above, which will backup your images with their original filenames in tact.

Im still trying to download my images in Sales Manager Pro, with no luck at all. I followed your instructions and deleted the old version of the program and downloaded the version you gave me a link for.
I checked the files and no images downloaded after I did the sync several times. Any other ideas? I tried cleaning up my auction listings to see if that helped. The images are still showing up on your site.
