This is the second day in a row that some items get stuck in the closing status in my sales manager, which means there are no boxes next to the item. I have refreshed many times and it doesn't change. Yesterday, I had one or two that took a few hours to register. Can you comment on this, if it's something happening with eBay or this is a Vendio issue.
There were some pretty large delays in the eBay API last night that would have caused issues with items dropping to the closed section/post sale in a timely manner.
While there does appear to be delays today as well, they are catching up quickly and items should be processed shortly. (aka, there was a larger spike earlier and its in the process of catching up as we speak.)

This item has been stuck in closing for over 5 hours. 5595026652 I really would like to get this ready for shipment tonight.

Hello mstwostepin,
To 'unstick' your listing, locate the listing in your Closed section, click the checkbox next to it, and then the 'Refresh' button in Sales Manager (not the one on your browser.) This will trigger the post-sale keys, generally within 10 - 15 minutes. If you don't see the keys after this timeframe, THEN you can try refreshing your browser.

Ok, I have a prime example of the problem, and it really doesn't seem like an eBay thing - it seems like a Vendio thing. I have two eBay store items that sold about half hour apart or less. The first item that closed moved to the closed area but just says "closing...." - no boxes. The item that ended a hour hour later moved to the closed area and sent out the WBN. So how could this be eBay? If it was "the API", then why wouldn't the first item finish closing by the time the second item went through the whole process? Doesn't make sense. Please explain. The 2 items are Emperor's New Clothes book and Pig Pen Bobble.
