Can you explain how the photo expiration works? If I load a pic, does it automatically expire after 30 days or, if it's looked at, is it supposed to remain intact? I have an older photo that I had in an auction that ended tonight, but found out that at some point in the last 7 days, it disappeared. It was in an active auction and being viewed, so why didn't it remain?

If your preferences are set for 30 days, images will remain in your account until 30 days after the 'last viewed' date. It is not normal for an image to disappear from a listing that is being actively viewed. Are you sure you (or someone else using your account) didn't inadvertently delete the image? If not, we would need the image filename to investigate.
