Att Vendio, please note my ebay site specifics below. I added everything after "no claims will be honored after 3 days" two days before I put on some new listings and yes the new information was saved. The new information starting with "No returns will be accepted" is not showing on my newly listed auctions from last night. Why is this new information not included and can you add it now and all auctions in the future? I thought this was automatic once I made the changes and clicked save. Please advise. Thank you, Steve ***RETURN POLICY***
If there are any damage problems with items received a claim may be made within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. No claims will be honored after 3 days.
No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless the item has been misrepresented in the auction by the seller. In an unusual instance where the seller does agree to accept an item back, buyer will be responsible for all return postage and insurance. Thank you
I took a look at one of your recent listings (290010686412) and I do see that you added some of this information to this listing (***RETURN POLICY*** If there are any problems with items received a claim may be made within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. No claims will be honored after 3 days. Thank you).
I was able to see this information in this listing. Could you please provide an example listing number where you put the information into the listing, but it does not appear in the listing, so that I can take a look?

posted on July 22, 2006 11:13:11 AM new edit here is the exact way that my ebay site specific under the title "Sellers payment Instructions" should be reading now.
****Return Policy****
If there are any damage problems with items received a claim may be made within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. No claims will be honored after 3 days.
No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless the item has been misrepresented in the auction by the seller. In an unusual instance where the seller does agree to accept an item back, buyer will be responsible for all return postage and insurance. Thank you
One of the several auctions that I listed last night is #290010686178.
As you can see everything after the last words "after 3 days" is not there. It was never added to the first paragraph. As I mentioned earlier I made this change a few days ago and the auctions listed last night so the change should have been there.
I have added this because of a problem I am having with a buyer. This is for future protection and I want it on all of my future auctions. Steve

Nathan, in response to your email, you are referring to information that has been on my auctions for the past 6-7 years. It is the new information that is not there. Steve

Hello Steve,
I do see where you have made this change in your eBay Site Specifics. However, this change would only be automatically made for new listings. If you are relisting from a listing that was listed before this change was made, you will need to edit the "Payment Instructions & Return Policy" of your main listing form before relisting the item.

ok, that solves the problem. I understand. Thank you. One question though,
how do I go about editing that section. Just delete it and retype or cut and
paste it in?. Please advise, Thanks again, Steve

Hello Steve,
That is correct. You can either delete and retype the information in the main listing form, or just copy and paste the new information into the form (before relisting).
Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.
