Here we go again another 2 days or revising ebay store auctions one at a time! I have no idea WHEN this happened but some of my auctions have changed to

"Will arrange for local pickup only (no shipping)."

and some of them say US shipping only.

I always list as ships Worldwide shipping.

Most of the auctions I am revising are running in groups and have been in my ebay store for quite a while (some 1-2 years)and I was wondering why they haven't been selling.
The odd thing is some of them have had previous sales even ones that say Will arrange for local pickup only (no shipping).
I know it wasn't my fault I didn't list them with that option. All my templets are set on worldwide shipping.

If they have already had sales you have to shut down the auction and relist and revise.
Another odd thing is some of the ones that are messed up I have several sizes. Some say "Will arrange for local pickup only (no shipping), some say Worldwide Shipping and some say US shipping only!

I have no idea when this happened by now I know why some of my costumes are still sitting there.
The only way I know how to find out what ones give what shipping option is to click on each one one at a time and revising them one at a time. All 1874 of them. Another full 2 days shot to.......

Hello,

Please provide an example listing number for a listing that is having this problem, but has not yet been revised, so that I can take a look.

Regards,
Nathan

I have already edited hopefully everything up to the last 7 auctions on page 59 in my ebay store. It looks like all of the auctions from there to page 63 are all messed up.
my ebay store is Valo3456

I see nothing got fixed. All of them still say ships to United States only... I listed them all as ships worldwide. Here I go again spending another day revising my ebay store listings one at a time when this is clearly a ebay error.
Please at least leave a post saying you are working on this problem.

Could you please let me know if anyone is working on this. Am I the only one having this problem???
They are now all saying "Will arrange for local pickup only (no shipping)" (from page 60-63)This morning some of them said ships to United States only so something is going on.
I need to know if I need to edit all of these one at a time or are they going to get edited by ebay ??? Sales are bad enough right now without mine saying "only local pickup" I live in the middle of no where.
PLEASE post something for a update.

Hello Valorie,

I took a look at this listing and I do see that it was setup with shipping, and not local pickup. I am also showing that the shipping terms were revised on July 12th. Do you have an example of a listing that has not been revised since it was launched, that has this problem, so that I can better troubleshoot this issue?

Regards,
Nathan

Ebay had to of revised the shipping terms if they were revised. The edited part of that auction says;
Jul-12-06 16:58:16 PDT Worldwide
Shipping Terms.....

I never touched the shipping terms!

On July 12 I found a problem on the search title and description in the ebay stores. I called eBay about it (they previously were not aware of it). That is the day I went into ALL of my auctions and revised them in bulk. (there is another thread on here about it on July 12th) I tried to add the Condition-New feature as I was re-editing but many of them would not edit. They showed up in System error. So I just hit revise without actually making any changes at all. That is the only way they wouldn't go in error. That put most of them back into the search feature in my ebay store but not all of them. I NEVER touched the shipping terms. As far as I know you can not edit the shipping terms in bulk.
I had to totally shut many of my auctions down and completely relist them since they had perviously had sales they would not let me edit them. Just like the same problem I am having right not. I am paying to relist auctions just because I can not revise the shipping terms. Ebay should have to credit my account with all the relist I have had to do.

I am trying to inventory a tractor trailor load of new costumes that just came in and there is not enough hours in a day to do it all!

Hello Valorie,

It does look like this happened at the time that your revised your listings on July 12th. In order to help verify this, could you please try launching one listing from your Vendio account, and let us know if the shipping terms come out correctly?

Regards,
Nathan

It's taking forever for auctions to show up listed. Here's one I just listed into my ebay store 190012306825

Hello Valorie,

I do see that this listing does not have "pickup only" in the shipping details, so it looks like the issue was from the revisions that were done on July 12th. If you have noticed an issue with the shipping on this listing, please let me know so that I can look into it further for you.

Regards,
Nathan

So your saying that's it! There is nothing you can do to fix all of my auctions with the messed up shipping options!! I have to go in and re-edit once again another 120-140 more auctions one at a time... ebay made the goof up once again and I have to take another full day to fix everything once again. Great!

Nathan - this happened to me too when I revised a totally diffrent part of the listing (store category). As near as I can tell, I listed through Vendio using an outdated SYI form (May 2004 through OCt 2004) and when I revised my item the shipping information morphed to pick up only. Is there a way to fix this in bulk?

Our question never got answered if we can revise our ship to in bulk. I guess we do them one at a time. 100 more to go!

Hello,

Unfortunately you would not be able to bulk edit the eBay 'ship to locations' information from the Vendio website at this time.

Note that we have also seen rare cases where the SquareTrade logo that can be inserted automatically into listings has edited certain locations out of the 'ship to' field. (they may have since corrected this, but something to watch out for, FYI)

Regards,
Christopher
