How often does the User ID expire? I'm getting an intermittent note in red at the top of a Vendio page that says something about my user ID expiring. I haven't changed anything, so why am I getting that message? And what exactly do I have to do to re-register? Even though it's on the Vendio page, I get a little gun-shy with all the phishing going on. The fact that it's intermittent and looks a little unprofessional just adds to that uneasy feeling. Thanks for your reply.

It looks like the vendio to ebay connection is screwed up. There are post on this forum and the ebay outlook about the problem. Looks like Vendio tech is AWOL on this one. They have not posted anything about it yet. Don't worry, they will probably blame it on ebay.

Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This is because either your authorization allowing us to send and receive listing information to eBay has expired, or your eBay ID login information was changed on eBay but not updated on Vendio. Please verify your username and password at eBay, and then update your information in My Account: Auction Site Accounts.
The above is the message I'm getting in red. When I tried to follow their instructions just to edit and redo, I get a page that no longer exists. I have not changed anything at ebay.
No one is blaming ebay for anything related to this issue-there were some connectivity problems to a server and from that moment it couldn't process ebay api tokens. As such, every API call that went through that box invalidated the token for some of our users. That happened for a short time yesterday, the cause has been isolated and is corrected. If you have gone in and updated your ebay account information through our site then the warning on your account should be removed. If you have not, then you may still see the "warning" on the sales manager page.
To update your site ID information, go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to eBay. Go through the eBay sign-in process, and follow all prompts until you receive a confirmation that your ID has been updated. Once you've completed this, your eBay ID information will be current.
