Why are lots appearing in our unsold folder when they are still listed on eBay in our stores ?
We use the unsold folder to relist lots from but do not expect them to be on eBay already.
Please check.

This is a rare issue that sometimes happens with GTC items. We are working to correct this. In the meantime, just refreshing the items from your closed listings page will move them back into your active items. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
