I had to change my payment terms in my auction listings. I ended 160 store items via eBay yesterday. They are not showing up in my closed listings so I can relist them. I have tried to refresh, but they are still showing up as active auctions and not in the closed section. I really want to get these items relisted, can you please help?

Hi there,
These will eventually drop to closed, but it can take a few hours for items that are ended early. How long did you allow between refreshing and checking your closed section? Please try clearing your browser cache and check again. If they still haven't dropped to closed, let us know.

Its been 2 days now since I ended them and they still aren't showing up in my closed listings on the control panel. I've tried refreshing multiple times and clearing the browser. I'm not sure what is wrong. Can you please help?
All 160 store listings are showing up in the control panel as active listings so I can't relist them with the new payment terms.

Hi - sorry... did you refresh the items, using the 'Refresh' button in the All Active view, or just the browser? Just refreshing your browser won't do the trick - you need to go to All Active, then check the boxes next to the items, and then the "Refresh" button in Sales Manager. If you have done this, please let us know.

Diana, I was using the refresh button on tope of the closed and active listings in the control panel, not just refreshing with Internet Explorer.
I haven't been checking the boxes in front of all the active listings before refreshing, as there are almost 800 of them and may take a while. I'll try doing that now and see if it works when I do it that way.

Diana, I think that put most of them in my closed panel, I think I'm still missing about 20 of them so I'll try to go back and see if I missed clicking the boxes.
I've been with Vendio for years, before it was named Vendio and I don't recall ever having to click all the boxes when I ended store items in bulk to change terms. Is that something new?

Hi there - when you click "refresh" without selecting specific items, it will refresh *every* item, which may take much longer. It will work faster and better if you select the specific items you want to refresh.
