When combining Vendio item with eBay, insurance is charged twice. This happens every once in awhile. Do you know why?

Many of us are pushing eBay customers to our Vendio stores and really need the Vendio experience to be as painless as possible for these customers.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi there,

I would have to check into this, but when this happens, has your buyer already checked out from the eBay listing and purchased something else from your store separately, or did they purchase the item during the checkout process?
