ed i use to do for years items on sales manager pro no problems , today i start to post and after 1-2-3 items i loose all what i did i get the box SP PRO encounter problem and need to close .we are sorry.
if you where on the middle of something the information might be lost (it did)please tell microsoft about this problem , and then i loose all my work .

Hi there,
To download Sales Manager Pro, go to Sales Manager and use the link in the left navigation bar to access the SM Pro page. You should save the program to disk, and install from your hard drive. You should also uninstall the old version first, using the Add/Remove Programs feature in Windows (your batches and images will be retained - just be sure to reinstall the program to the same directory).
If you continue to have trouble after uninstalling/reinstalling, please let us know.

Guys i must get help on this i cant do the work at all i do it and loose it , i dont blame you it may be in my comuter i reload Manager synchronize for almost 2 hours the program is on new directory and its the same , the stupid window report error come and i loose all the work i did nothing to change what i do the last years , i am almost sure its in my computer and not your problem , but need help on this and FAST thanks much , jack.

Guys please let me know how to start from scratch , to remove everything vendio from my computer and install from scratch , included what i have to remove from the registry i have to post 300 items this weekend and no hope.
Before doing the following things, try simply exiting out of any/all other programs prior to launching the SMPRO software again.
This includes the programs that run in the background, which you should be able to close/exit via the icons in the lower right corner of your windows.
1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
3. If the program is still not working properly, please uninstall and install SM Pro again.
When doing so, go to the add/remove programs option in your windows control panel.
Once you use the add/remove tool, go manually to your Program Files folder on your C drive and delete the 'Vendio' directory where the backup files are stored.
when finished, then go ahead and reload the program.

I pin point tghe problem of lost data to the pictures, usualy after i do a item on my computer with sales manager i delete the pictures from my computer , if i delete the pictures i lost the data in vendio , if i dont its ok , any thoughts about this ??? thanks , jack.
PS: i use to do this all the time never a problem.
