Hello,
I constantly get emails from customers asking me for their shipping amount. I would like them to check out through Vendio. I keep directing them the auction page and to click on the Preferred Checkout button under the scrolling pictures.
This never works especially for international buyers. Can you provide me with a link that would take them to the check out area?

Hi charlotts,
You can send a WBN if your customers don't want to use the Checkout button in your listings. Just go to Post Sale, WBN to send (if your buyer hasn't checked out or paid the item should appear in this section), click the check box next to the item, and then the "Send WBN" button. Make sure that your preferences are set to display the checkout link in the WBN (you can set this up under My Account -> Post Sale Management). Also make sure that your shipping preferences are set up properly before you send the WBN (you can check this by using the "Edit WBN" button before you send it).
