I re-listed item # 120021519914 and I don't see the description on eBay. It just shows item specifics and the picture. Please look into this. Thanks!

Actually, I'm sorry - I think I see that it was relisted through our system. I see that the description is in our database, but somehow it was stripped off when it went through the API. Oddly enough, the image was not stripped off... I'm not sure what happened here and would have to ask an engineer, though I suspect it's an API error.
To resolve the problem, you could either end the listing and relist the original again, or revise the listing and add the description.

this happened to me last night, but it was not a relist. I had to go back and relist it because the whole template and descrption was gone. just thought you might like to know.

Thank you for letting us know. Could you please let us know the listing number as well, so that I can give this information to our engineers? When you listed it the second time did it work correctly? Also, did you list from a copy of the original the second time?

hi, actually the "template" and pictures did not show up. Only the typed description on a black background. When I went in to revise it on ebay, there was nothing in the text box. Yes, I relisted from a copy I made of the active listing. It worked then. 270019726646
