I just checked my Vendio Reviser account and found a ton of errors (I'm listing auctions as 3 day and they're supposed to be getting revised to 5, 7 and 10 days auctions), one being on an auction that I spent $30.00 in upgrades on that was supposed to last 10 days and last 3. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Is this service have too many bugs??? I heard it had bugs, but that the program seemed to be doing better, but now I'm not so sure.
Error message is simply:
Unable to increase listing duration to next available

Hello Kelly,
It would be great if you could provide us with some examples of auctions that did not revise as there plenty of listings that have been successfully revised. Also, looking at your rules I'm pretty sure you're not going to get a listing to extend to the next longest duration 100 times.

Here are two auctions I spent quite a bit of money on and then they ended after 3 days. . .
280018208646
280016958401
280018208646 - This was a dutch listing and there were 4 purchases made off of it. Unfortunately items with bids are no longer allowed to be edited by eBay.
280016958401 - same situation unfortunately. 7 different buyers made purchases off of this listing already, so editing it was no longer an option.

Thanks, Chris. I am finding many that are showing a status of "Error" (listing 280017080932). Do you know what this is about?

Hello Kelly,
Please click on the red error link. What you will find is that the error is showing because your rules are set up to continuously attempt to extend your auctions even though your listings cannot simply extend past 10 days.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
