On order number 901474644 the combined shipping total was $4.20 and one of the auctions had $4.95 as the shipping charge. I thought the combined shipping rules in my account stated that the combined shipping charge would never be lower than the highest shipping charge. It looks as if it took a lower shipping charge and combined the $.75 for each additional item. It should have been $7.20 not $4.20. How can this be corrected in the future.

Hello,
I looks like this order was manually combined, and at the time it was combined the shipping was specified as USPS First Class Shipping for $4.20 for the entire order.
When an order is manually combined, you have the option to specify the shipping charges at that time, and these do overrule the shipping (and discounts) from the original orders.

New one and I went to combine manually. Auction 120028720180, 120028718858 and 120027722424. The combined screen does not default with the higher shipping amount for US shipping. It only shows the air letter post option.
