I have been getting this warning at the top of my sales manager report. If i try to renew my token at ebay i get redirected to some weird screen to imput info that i have no clue about. I have checked at e-bay and nothing has changed.. please advise!!

Hello,
The error you are receiving indicates that the eBay site ID information we have on file for you is not current. To update your eBay site ID (and obtain an authorization "token", go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the eBay ID. Enter the updated information, click the "Go to eBay Signin" button and follow the steps.

Hello,
If your getting a webpage asking for something other than your regular eBay username/password information, or asking to agree to use Vendio to post your eBay listings - cancel out of the process, then log into your eBay account and click the 'SELL' tab at the top of the page.
Depending on what they are asking for, outside of the normal token information, you may need to clear this page direct from eBay prior to updating your ID on file via Vendio.
If this persists, what information are they asking for?
