I get the following error message when trying to download the XPresss Image Publisher.

A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:C:\Documents and settings\Owner\Desktop\Vendio-Image Publisher [1].msi

Any ideas?? I'm running Windows XP.

The error you're receiving is most likely due to a protection feature of the Microsoft .msi installer, which expects you to always use the same kit when you install over a file. If you've installed directly from the browser (without saving the installation kit to disk), please try the following:

-Uninstall the Vendio Express uploader.
-Re-download the uploader from our website, making sure to save to disk and install from disk.
-Proceed with installing from there.

Let us know if this does not help.

Ive tried this a couple of times with no success.

Hello,

Rather than downloading to your desktop, try altering your download location to your My Documents folder instead.

First be sure to uninstall the program if it appears in your Add/Remove programs window of the Control Panel.

Next, download it to a different location than you have been downloading it to previously, prior to install.
