There is a checkbox on my Sales Manager listings for Best Offers, but it is not turned on to where I can check it. I have many one of a kind philatelic items that are sometimes difficult to price, thus I would like to offer the Best Offer feature but do not seem to be able to find any place in my preferences where I can set this. Can you help?
