I listed 10 auctions last night in which I chose not to use the ebay gallery. All 10 of the auctions are now listed on ebay with their gallery pictures.

Hey Bill,
We are aware of the problem you are reporting, and it has been escalated to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. At this time we aren't sure where or how the Gallery images are being attached and what's prompting it. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
