Hi guys, For the last two weeks I have tried something new on my photos and it seems to be working. At least my sales have increased, but that could be just a coincidence. I have been adding photos of other items I have in a category to my listing below the actual item that is up for auction. The only problem is that they are showing right after the auction item pics. I usually have 4-5 pics of an item. So the two pics above and two pics below option wont work. Ideally I would like to have the pics of the auction item on top of the text as I do now and then the extra pics of other items below the text. That could be as many as 4-5 pics also. is there anyway to separate them out like that? It would make for a much neater and less confusing layout. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

Well, not really unless you have HTML knowledge and can throw images into your description area under the area that the template places your actual auctions images.

You could just add the images to the listing after the auction is live directly from your listing, which would absolutely put that image at the bottom of your description area.

Ed

Steve - try this suggestion.

Go to My Account (on top of page)
Select Custom Listing Text
Locate Default Listing Text Box
... "This text appears in all template styles after the last paragraph of the description and before the standard or custom info section"

Work up some HTML for your pictures and place them (centered)in the Default Listing Box.

Here is one of my listings utilizing the text box. The same info appears in all my auction and store descriptions.

Sorry about the long URL. The item number is - #300035722297

I hope this helps you.

Thank you both for your replies. Both options seem feasible. I will fool around with them and hopefully come up with a nice looking auction.
One other way is to use the ebay "add to description" format, but then the pics would come out of the auction completely and show up as an add-on at the very bottom. Buyers may not scroll down that far, but that is by far the easiest if not the best solution.
Thanks again, Steve
