HELP! My mom came for a visit and logged into her Vendio account using my computer. Now I sit at my computer and it defaults to her username and won't let me change it back to mine so that I can log in! Has this ever happened to you...HELP!!

Hello,

Go to the Vendio.com homepage and when it shows your mom's username in the field, simply delete it and enter in your own prior to clicking to log in.

If your browser wont allow you to change the username, try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies, then restart the browser (or if it persists, the machine as well.)

In Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. This is also where you will find the option to delete your cookies.
