Sunday 7pm listings are stuck in processing. There are no listing specials and it's SUNDAY! What's the problem?

My 6 auctions are stuck in processing too! They were scheduled to start launching 20 minutes ago.

Same story here for past 20 minutes...no error messages no way to stop processing...someone please advise what to do? Will be too late to launch auctions before long...what if they launch at wee hours of morning on East Coast...won't be a good time to end auctions? What now?

Ditto. Mine should have launched 22 minutes ago.

I'm not only stuck in processing; I have relists not going up plus several WBN's not out yet. ANY IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON?

I use SMPro and my ten 7PM launches are stuck in processing, too. Is it too much to ask that we get what we pay for?

Hello everybody,
Holiday season is kicking in, which means both our system and eBay's is busier than normal. Sunday night is the busiest listing night of the week, so it is normal that during this time of year some latency may be noticed on Sunday evenings. We would recommend that you schedule your items to launch earlier so that they are sure to get through the API on time during this busy holiday season.
Thanks,
Diana

This is Sunday night guys ... the busiest listing night and it's only 4 weeks before Christmas. This "latency issue" is costing us MONEY. Can we at least please have some response to our queries ???

Mine have finally gone up 42 minutes late and the WBN's have finally gone out. WBN's have nothing to do with latency with eBay. So, obviously there's a site problem with Vendio. Please give us a better answer than we'll just have to launch earlier.

This is just not acceptable. Everything is extremely slow and your system is not responding. I'm not able to list or even edit several items at the same time.
Should we exercise the same Christmas latency with our payments for Vendio services?
Also, if I supposed to change my schedule or do my stuff when Vendio is not busy, why bother with Vendio?

Hello,
Please bookmark this page for future reference.
This is what we reference to see where these delays are coming into play, be it delays on our side with sending the items to eBay or delays in their API and their ability to process them in a timely manner.

Delays in the WBN has *everything* to do with API delays at eBay. If we don't get the notice from eBay that the item has closed (which is where we get the email address and username information for these transactions) then the item cannot close and the WBN cannot be sent.
Regards,
Christopher
