We were wondering if anyone who has been scammed for more than $200.00 and have filed with the NFIC and/or the IFCC have ever received their money? Are there other entities who are known to get money back from a fraudulent seller? We have already done PayPal and Ebay. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I've been filing complaints everywhere about this guy.
Call: Chief Duputy Rodnel Pannell from the Tishimingo, MS Police dept at 662-423-7000, he just told me that this guy at xreturns.net(Michael Whitehead), his family is trying to pay off his debts to ge this cleared up. The duputy will take you number and give it to the family and the family will contact you...?
FBI has control over this case now and this guy Michael Whitehead is NOT allowed to even own a computer anymore, however he ripped me off for $75.00 in April so that WAS in violation of the FBI's case so I must call them to complain.
