Someone got my email address from the auctions site and sent me a email saying I could get good merchandise to sell on the auction thru this company, so I went to their web page and it look ideal so I sent the money thru paypal to them, well it has been since nov 14th and still no merchandise, I emailed them and finally received on reply saying they would get something to me but still nothing, I feel really stupid about it and feel I have been taken and I just wonder if any one else has used that company before please help me out here if you can. Thank you

In your case, a SPAMMER is the person who just stole your money ... hope it wasn't too much

well I guess any amount of money stolen from anyone is too much don't you think and just because you know everything about what goes on with the internet doesn't mean everyone does, I guess some lessons in life we learn the hard way, and I am sure WE HAVE ALL GONE THRU SOMETHING LIKE THAT!

We have ALL been taken at one time or another. It is best, as the other post mentioned, that you never trust a spammer (one who solicits using your email address without you having given it to them). However, there are others out there who will take your money and run if you're not careful. We just got scammed for a considerable amount of money TWICE!! We didn't seem to learn. Hopefully, you are smarter than we were and this will be your only bad experience.

Hey thanx you are sweet to reply, I know it is hard sometimes because I believe people are good at heart but in reality there are theives and liars and unfortunately too many of them, I did hear back from that company saying they were really behind in orders but we will have to wait to see what happens, next time I will have to get a phone # and talk to a real person before I send money, but even then I guess you never know, guess it is best to go to the store where you can get a receipt, I am learning. Hope you have a blessed christmas, thanx again

You know it'll be great if you would post the company name here. There are ways of finding out more information about them. I hope by now you have received the product you paid for. If not, there's no harm in actually letting everyone know so we can avoid that company like a plague. Thank God for paypal..Please do let them know. And don't be discouraged if you want to continue to do business on the Net. Inspite of some unscrupulous characters out there, there's still a few people who conduct genuine and honest business.

I was taken by them, it was a deal to good to be true. I lost $64.00. I did it as a test to see if they would come thoughwith their products, they didn't.
I had them closed down at Paypal and turned them into their local DA who in turn sent me a letter that they were turning it over to the Postal service, that was the last I heard of it.

why do we keep refering to this obviously disreputable company as "them". Can we have the name of the company? Surely, this is information that will benefit all of us?

The actual name of this company is Extreme Inc. c/o x returns returns,
P.O Box 1163 Luka, MS 38852
This company did this trhough paypal before paypal insured the product to the buyer.
I had them kicked off of PayPal and Had their ISP shut them down.
I also turned them into the local DA. who in turn passed it on to the US postal service for mail fraud.
I have heard nothing back from the postal service or the DA's office to date.
The company is shut down as far as i know.
Regards

Ya It looks like I was taken from this company also, guess it sounded too good to be true also, I received an email from a guy named eric and he said this company was great and I fell for it, it has been 3 weeks since I paid them thru paypal and noting, their address now is Extreme Inc. c/o Xreturns, PO Box 581 Tishomingo, MS 38873 email address is [email protected], they have a web site I believe it is xreturns.com that tells about their company, I wonder if we contacted aol if they could do anything about it also I am going to contact the IFCC which works with the FBI for fraud on the internet, I cant believe I was so stupid to fall for this, but oh well sometimes we have to learn the hard way, and I sure did at that. I guess I should also post the guys email address who contacted me in the first place saying what great deals he received from this company, what do you think please give me some input as to what you would do in this case. Thanx

I guess I just got taken by these guys as well, no responses at all from email. I guess I lost $40.00, just wanted one box.

The only response I did get was I tried to request a payment from them via paypal and they canceled it.

I put in a claim also with paypal and they kept sending it back to me telling me I didn't do it right, which it looked right to me so I asked them to please let me know what wasn't right about it and they never told me so I dont know whats going on yet, but a day or so after that xreturns emailed me and "FOR THE LAST TIME SEND US YOUR MAILING ADDRESS" so I replied and said you have had my mailing address 3 times now so where is my merchandise, haven't heard a word or seen any package, I guess they have a good scam going and paypal isn't going to do anything about it, I don't know. It has been over a month since I sent the money to them. If I find out anything else I will post it, but probable everone that they rip off get tired and give up so xreturns wins. I really believe that they will pay for what they did one of these days I am going to file a claim with the IFCC, which is www.ifccfbi.gov it is the FBI Internet fraud site. Thanx

Thank you for sharing the information, some how it has to be stopped, I have sent letters to paypal and xreturns and I am contacting the FBI, did paypal ever give you a refund? I think they are ignoring me, by now I am sure my 30 days are past. I will continue to pursue this issue as I am very upset. I still am gathering more information and wont give up until something is done, thanx

I received the referal message from [email protected], signed by Eric. I sent a message asking how many boxes he bought, he said 20 this year. Since I have found no one that has actually found anyone who bought anything from xreturns, I plan on keep asking questions that clues us in on how to contact the person involved. I might be talking to him for all I know.

[email protected] "eric"is the one that refered me also,he does not respond to my emails.here is his email
Hi there I sell items on Ebay. I have been getting all the items that I sell
from a great website called http://www.xreturns.com/. They get returns from
all major Companys, such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, Sears, Toyrus, Office
Depot and Home Depot. You can make anywhere from up to $100.00 profit to
$1,000.00 per box. They get returns and closeouts. I have gotten Sony
Playstion 2's, Pokemon Gameboy games, Home theater Systems, DVD players, MP3
players, Camcorders, cell phones, you name it. I can't give you my user id,
because ebay will kick me off for doing so. But take my word for it. It is
worth your time to visit this site. Boxes are only $25.00 each + Shipping.
You will at least make 3 times your money off your first order. And they
have a referal system. I get $10.00 off my next order for every new customer
I send them that places an order. And they will do that for you too. So all
you have to do is get 2 people to buy per week and you will make an extra
$100.00 per week. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me
with them. Thanks for your time and have a great day.

Eric

* Please note, that I do not work for x-returns.com nor am I associated
with them in any way. I just send these e-mail to get the $10.00 of free
credit for every new customer I send them. Thanks for your time and If you
wish to be taken off my mailing list, please e-mail me and I will do so.

Ya Eric was the same one who contacted me and I emailed him telling him that I had been ripped off and he replied saying " what the H--- are you talking about give my your address and I will find out what is going on" of course I didnt give him my address. I think that someone just might go over there to the post office and wait for them to come and get all of these checks they are reeling in and see whats up, they must think that just everone sits back and takes this lightly. I sent out letters to five different people, one went to his webmaster so I am curious what he has to say. I will file a claim this week with the IFCC, internet fraud & fbi unit, I sure hope they will do something, please keep us posted if anything new happens, I also had a few more people contact my email and tell me they we ripped off also, WHAT A SHAME! THESE PEOPLE REALLY GET ME ANGRY!

GUESS WHAT!! I live in Tishomingo, MS
Burnsville is about 20 minutes from my house.
My co-worker knows this guy who is the operator of XRETURNS.COM. We sell discount electonics on Ebay. He would buy broken electronics from us and then sale them on Ebay as brand new. He was permently kicked off. This guy is bad news. If he has not sent your products by now I doubt that you will.

To all you sellers out there who are getting frustrated and abused by:
· Non-paying bidders
· paypal charge backs
· Bounced checks
· Fraud problems
· Negative feedback for no good reason (retaliation)

I found out the hard way that safe harbor and FBI don’t do a thing about it, and I signed up for a sitesentury.com, a security company that will do REAL investigations. Check out their site, I signed up for their service and I put their log on all my auctions and the bad guys will think twice before they mess with me!!!!!!! It is like having a security guard by my side protecting me!!! Which car do you thing the thieves like to break-in: one with alarm-on or one without??? That is what the log will do for you.
The investigator already got me some of the money I lost on bounced checks and the bank fee too!!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and check out sitesentry.com
