I recently ordered computer and other electronic parts from this website. They setn me fake products and that were indicated to be manufactured from brand name companies such as sony and ibm.
I was very frustrasted and called the website. They keep on transferring my calls and avoiding to discuss anything about this product.

Did you pay by credit card? Then do a charge back with the CC company. Otherwise, contact the Better Business Bureau in the state where they are located and that state's attorney general.

Would you please post the name of company or individual so that others know about it.
Don't be afraid! If they did you wrong there is nothing to hide. Say it all loud and straigth forward. Even if this person or company repair their damage, others should know what to expect from them.
