This seller wont respond to my many emails, I dont know if I can mention his ebay selling name, but he sells alot of computer stuff!! Why doesnt ebay stop those that have hundreds of negative feedbacks?
When we got the unit it still had a test CD in it a had DOA on the metal casing!!( hubby bidded without checking feedback while I was at work)...I have sent over 12 emails with NO replies.
And I cant even contact the other people that got ripped off because its against Ebays policies?? Am I right? I havent left feedback yet.
There was a telephone number on the invioce. I called it & left a message ( will try to call back tomorrow). Please tell me what more can I do?

1. send an email to [email protected] with all the details.
2. go to SEARCH FOR MEMBERS, and try to get an alternate phone number.
3. write to the people again/or call them and tell them you will contact the post office for MAIL FRAUD... they intentionally took your money and sent you a DOA!
4. send letters to their local Consumer Affairs office (get the info from the local city/state information) and write to them. send a copy of your letter to the seller
