We have sold a limited amount of original photos to a dealer to get autographed and resell to his customer base. One of the buyers has bought one of the signed prints and is digitally copying it with the autograph and selling it on eBay telling potential buyers no one will know it from an original and much cheaper. He runs for 3 days with (buy it now) hoping to sell one before ebays Vero program stops the auctions. Any other recourse?
