I received a Sold Ship now notice from Amazon and the money is in my account. I shipped it and notified the buyer. He says he cancelled the order and has proof and will dispute the charges with the credit card company.

Anyone know how AMazon handles this?

first they will send you an email (if you email them first) and tell you they have received your email and assign a 99 alpha numeric sequence number to it.
then days later (1-99 days) you will hear from them again,could be a canned response,could be a manual human response.
if he has cancelled his order,it should show on amzn system,if i were you,i will not ship until amzn clarifies the situation,else you will end up with losing book and shipping
