Amazon auctions is down again this morning. The notice up says the shops are not available. Did it just go 'down' or has it been several hours? Will we get any buyers today or will they log onto another auction house. Maybe a lot of people will head for the beach! My sales stink and this does not help.
Another thought on the reliable vein;
I am having an ongoing problem with my auctions being relisted twice! I look through my listings and there will be TWO seperate listings for a vintage book that I obviously (to me) have only ONE of! Friday I CLOSED 10 of these! That was 10 items ripe to disapoint buyers. 10 negs waiting to happen.
The way I have seen these on my pages is always in close proximity, one right over the other, the time given as opened from one to as much as 12 seconds apart.
I complained to Amazon over a week ago when I went through almost the exact same thing, now here are more. I have hundreds of auctions, I cannot scroll through them all every day. Plus I am very busy with thousands of zShops and Marketplace items. This is a glitch that hasta go!
Has anyone else had auctions double-listed when you are sure you only listed one?
Has anyone had Marketplace items double-listed?

It is unfortunate, but notice that their section to donate to the Red Cross is also down. Since they are one of the main facilitators of this effort, I think we need to step back and realize that there's more important areas to work on.

?
Like going on message boards themed for business use and gently chastizing all to "realize".
o.k.
If that makes you feel like you've lifted our sights a bit higher.
Our hearts are still greiving, our friends and family in New York are still assaulted, our countrymen are still dead, Keep in mind our Visa still needs to be paid. Mine is due each 18th of the month, how about yours? If your mortgage company going to be comfortable with a missed payment, mine won't. The finacial dealings of our everyday lives do not mock death and destruction and evil, They afirm we live. We go on. You do too. You start your computer, you check your emails, you answer a few, maybe some personal, some business. You decide to check the message board(s), You decide to engage in conversation. All normal. All just life going on.
It's ok to hurt. It's ok to be mad. It's ok to hate. Let's remember who we're mad at.

I do think the Red Cross link was more "important" than my Marketplace listings, but still, Sunday is usually a good sales day for me and it's gone now. As soon as Marketplace re-opened I got several sales. I would have liked to see an email from Amazon offering to extend our 30-day pre-paid account by one day to make up for it.
