Hi,
I have been selling pretty well with a recent load of books. I don't have a Zshop because it's a little too expensive for the volume I do.
I have a lady who bought a book yesterday and I got all my "sold" emails. I was getting the info to pack it today and she emailed to say she ordered two by mistake.
How do I cancel an order? I have looked but can't really find anything.
any help would be appreciated.
I would hate to eat commision and repost it, but that's what it looks like right now. Plus it's only a $4 book. darn!

Go into your Payments Account and click on the Transaction ID for one of the copies. There will be a Refund Buyer button at the bottom of the page that will allow you to issue her a refund for that copy.
