I have input all the information including token, but it shows Merchant information validation with Amazon has failed. What should I do? Which information might be wrong?
Do you have a series of tabs that run horizontally across the top of your Amazon account when you log in? What unfortunately happens often is that Amazon will "upgrade" an existing account to a Pro Merchant account, but this does not create the right type of Pro Merchant account. In order to have the correct type of Pro Merchant account you will likely need to close the existing Amazon account and have them open a completely new Amazon Pro Merchant account for you.
