I'm thinking about posting some items on Amazon, as well as eBay, and was wondering if there is a step by step process available to ensure I don't miss anything. I've been using eBay since 2001, but I'm a nubie with Amazon/Vendio. All I've been able to figure out so far is I need the professional $40/month seller account for it to show up as a choice in Vendio. But what happens next?

Please note that you will first need to enter your Amazon account information into Vendio. This may be done by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account). Then select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page and fill in the "Amazon Market ID" section. After taking those steps, the best place to start is with the following user guide:
